The capital city of the region.

The Avatar of Aria is a non combatant and gives a Hawkmoth esk statement to the city before vanishing. (first crisis maybe?)
All I want from Thule is the prince! When he and I are together this Siege will end, and you will no longer need fear the Winter Witch! Return Bram to me, this is all I desire, all I want!

- Thule Gates 12 sections, starts filled. The hoard getting into the city is a bad thing. DC 13.

- Sera’ Swords and Sundries, An adventurer’s shop run by it’s namesake. Sera is dramatic, an attention lover, and a very powerful mage, though she cries weakness at any opportunity.=
- Castle Thule. Not the largest by any means and recently attacked. Loyal servants who treat Bram and Elaine like family, Alfheim Story#Knight Commander Grimm’s barracks are here as well.
- Mirthful Joe’s Garden of Fire Mirthful Joe is an eccentric wizard who maintains a wall of burning wood that circles the city’s crop fields. This provides warmth and keeps plants from freezing, without burning them due to the careful design.
- Royce’s Cold Brews a brewery run by Royce, an eccentric brew hick. He’s been know to make special barrels with unusual ingredients, but he’s also the best in Thule. His brewery is large and guild hall like.

- Jabari, an elven guardsman on the south wall, has been missing since the first attack by Aria. Recently added to the guard, no one is sure of this outsider’s usual haunts in the city.
- The Bronze Knight. He arrived 5 years ago and saved Thule from a dragon that had flown in to take residency in the city. He said very little, but the next day his sword and armor were left in Sera’s sundries with a note entrusting her to do with them what she will. He was never seen again, and none ever saw his face.

- The Frozen Hoard is sieging the gate!
- This can either be ongoing when the party arrives or occur not long after Bram is able to get an update about Elaine.
- The hoard was lead to the city by the Dark Knight, but the knight has planted a flag in the tundra and vanished. The flag is protecting the undead from their light vul.
- #Hoard at the Gates
- Keeping the city from being invaded means that they’ll continue to have IP and stores available freely though out the campaign.
- The palace Historian is trying to repair the library, but a specter has gotten loose during the attack on the castle. It’s harassing anyone who enters the library but the specter refuses to be placated.
- The specter is non hostile and isn’t corporeal enough to attack. A different solution will have to be found.
- The specter will ensure it gets cornered with a set of letters between Sonya and Darius discussing Aria’s betrayal as the Court Witch. Bram and Elaine aren’t experts on the subject.
