- Two phases, first phase, fill a clock to pin her in the ritual. Second phase, she works to free herself from it. Phase -> Crisis
G “We sealed her in her lair last time, though now there’s an army between us and her.” E “Maybe we seal her closer to home this time. In the tundra on the battlefield, or even if she comes to the city. All the better to keep an eye on her.” G “But she has yet to leave her lair in the north, not truly…” B “…I bet she will if her pet knight has me captured. I’ll be bait, if it lures her out.” G “Absolutely not Your Highness!” E “… And what about you lot? Any better ideas than his?”

VS Darius
- Cloudy, moody skies
- Elaine shares her plan in advance: big ritual to take out the first wave of the army and give the party time to cast Yuri’s.
- Darius Steps out ahead of the army
- Bram taunts him saying “you lost alone once, you really wanna try this again?”
- Darius raises a hand and From the clouds flies in Thule, Dragon Lord of Alfheim’s reanimated corpse.
- Bram and Elaine are freaked. Can recognize immediately, Elaine will panic fire her ritual, “that’s a bigger threat than the whole army…!”
- Thule neutralizes the ritual, Elaine is stunned. Warns the party of what just happened (Thule is intrinsically part of the Alfheim laylines.)
- Bram covers Elaine and the two of them promise to keep any advancing soldiers off the party. It’s up to them to duel the knight and dragon till they can execute Yuri’s ritual.
- Let them live with the fear of god of the Dragon getting 6 actions
Failed Ritual
- The warp brings the dragon
- The warp takes them to Aria
- The warp doesn’t fire at all
Loot

Aria
- Clock mid fight for the ritual. Represents the positioning. Aria must be defeated while it’s full.
- Elaine is casting the ritual and cannot assist in the conflict itself.
- Bram is the one holding his Father to keep Darius from joining the fight, and is helping Elaine. Bram will enter if the party loses, dueling the witch to keep her in the ritual.
