Lucius

An Ex-Hunter of a town located in the bountiful forest known as Mother’s Garden, where he was a steadfast guardian and was aided by an Earth Drake called the Forest Queen (Feykrojud, Fey for short). A wildfire of unknown origin swept across the grove and Lucius was prepared to sacrifice anything to protect the creatures which called the Garden home. Whilst protecting the Grand Willow at the Heart of the Garden, the Forest Queen died to protect Lucius and the creatures. After the fire subsided, most of what resided was Ash and Death. Fortunately, and possibly miraculously the Grand Willow remained and continued to provide life to Mother’s Garden. Lucius stayed taking on the duty of Caretaker as Mother’s Garden, became a cemetery and a haven.

What troubled Lucius is the thought that when Nature becomes imbalanced yet again, tragedy will strike again. That is his duty, to be the guardian to ensure that the forces of Nature remain in check. Many more locations could be under threat. To aid him in completing his Duty, the Grand Willow managed to regrow life into the Forest Queen able to journey with Lucius!

Salazzar

A lizardfolk from the distant city of Edessa, Salazzar Rhoshek was born to a priestly family that serves Yun the World Serpent, the patron deity of the Edessans. From an early age he was marked for the priesthood and taught how to handle a shield and how to defend others. Salazzar grew into a noble warrior, blessed with the magical abilities associated with Yun’s divine favor. Yun is a powerful and benevolent god, but it demands sacrifice from its followers. Many of Salazzar’s most potent gifts from Yun rely on the sacrifice of not only his magical reserves, but of his very life force. The more Salazzar sacrifices for his companions, the more powerful and knowledgeable he becomes. Now Salazzar has banded together with an eclectic group of allies for the most important mission of all - to rescue Fluffy the Cat. In order to do so, he and the other heroes have braved the frigid north to seek aid. He is kind but serious. He puts his faith before all other things and is always ready to place himself between his friends and danger - no matter the cost.

Seren

Seren Vahlis, an unwanted child left on the doorstep of a monastery who grew up with monks of the moment. The monastery she was left to was a group of monks that were not what one would consider a stereotypical monk, their teachings revolved more around the mastery of self and living every moment as true to it. Each monk grows and adapts their own form of combat based on their individuality leading to no two acolyte’s having the same style, true to this Seren has her own style. She grew a fondness to the culinary but more specifically to the boozy parts of it leading to her own self made drunken style of combat. After mastering herself she embarks on a pilgrimage into the world in search of unique and potentially magical brewing ingredients as well as new experiences. Her goal is to reach her perfect self by experiencing all the world has to offer. Currently she has joined this rather interesting group of people in search of a Fluffy the Cat, leading them to this frozen landscape, the booze should prove to be useful in keeping them warm.

Yuri

A gutterborn child of the jewel of trade, Lacosta; a coastal city where many fortunes have been won and lost. Here, luck means everything; you can be skilled, wealthy, beloved by all, but if you aren’t lucky, you can lose it all in but a moment. And when luck is a factor in one’s fortunes, people learn to bend it in their favor. Yuri is such a case, possessing a natural born gift to channel the chaotic power of luck, an ability thought exclusive to the city’s most elite citizens. He grew confident in his ability, so much so that he and his street urchin friends planned to cross the biggest, baddest, luckiest luck dealer this side of the coast: Charles Copeland. Yuri succeeded in stealing a priceless piece of ancient tech, but his friends weren’t as lucky. With his friends caught and imprisoned, Yuri fled the city on the newly dubbed “Lucky 5”, now on a quest to gather as much luck as possible to then confront Copeland, free his friends, and prove himself the luckiest son of Lacosta.
